On the ground floor, there is an open living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, as well as a light-flooded conservatory with a magnificent view. The tastefully decorated kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and shower toilet.
