Nella campagna intorno alla città di Lucca, in una posizione ottimale per qualsiasi tipo di escursione: Firenze, Siena, Pisa o le coste della Versilia è situata questa casa vacanza semplice ma molto accogliete.

La casa è perfetta per famiglie con bambini e per chi viaggia con animali, i proprietari infatti hanno organizzato una resede esterna vicina alla casa recintata ed attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e barbecue per mangiare all’aperto ed una parte del giardino di circa 200 mq (distante solo pochi metri dalla casa) a completa disposizione degli ospiti, recintata con rete alta circa 1,50 m e siepe. All’interno di questa parte del giardino si trova la piscina fuori terra,( 7,40 x 3,60 e profonda 1,20 m) ed attrezzata con doccia esterna solare, sdraio, ombrelloni e gazebo.

La zona offre la possibilità anche di fare sport: golf a Montecatini e Pietrasanta, equitazione (maneggio 500 m) e tennis (circa 4 km) nelle immediate vicinanze e passeggiate in bicicletta. Negozi e ristorante sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi (circa 1 km). Naturalmente vale la pena di visitare Lucca, con le sue mura uniche, i vicoletti, i bei negozi e i numerosi eventi culturali (concerti di musica classica, pop, jazz).

The surroundings of Lucca dispose of an ideal spot for all kinds of excursions: Florence, Siena, Pisa or the coast of the Versilia are within an easy reach from your holiday home. Petali di Margherita is simple but cosy; it is a good solution for families with children or guests which may travel with dogs. The owners have created next to the house an outdoor space which is completely fenced, equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. A part of the garden (about 200 sqm) is completely fenced with a high wire netting fence 1.50m and hedge, it lies only a few meters from the house and it at the full disposal of the guests. Within this part of garden there is a swimming pool (out of earth, – 7.40 x 3.60m, depth: 1.20m) with external shower, deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, beautiful wooden gazebo with table and chairs in teck. The immediate surroundings offer various sports activities such as: to play golf in Montecatini or Pietrasanta, to go horse-riding (about 500m), to play tennis (about 4 km) or bike tours in the areas. There is a grocery and restaurant, reachable on foot (about 1 km). Obviously the city of Lucca is a visit worth – the unique town walls, the narrow lanes, the elegant boutiques and the various cultural events (classical concerts as well as also pop and rock events).

Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen-cum-dining with stove (4 gas fires and 2 electric plates), oven, fridge/freezer, American coffee maker, toaster, living room with couch and upholstered chairs, fire-place (not working), satellite TV, table. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (1.40m), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (one of these single beds could be put in the bedroom with the French sized bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. External room with washing machine. The furnishings are simple but convenient for a holiday. The owners live on the 2nd floor; they access their apartment within an external staircase, on the side of the house. The owners will NOT use the garden and the swimming pool and respect to the full the privacy of their guests. Parking in front of the house.
